How we agree the work.
These service principles describe the proposed workflow. Each accepted written quotation defines the commitments for that project.
Written quotation first
Scope, deliverables, price, currency, payment schedule, delivery date, revision rounds and acceptance criteria must be agreed before the project starts. There is no online purchase or automatic charge on this website.
Inputs and approvals
The client supplies accurate specifications and authorised source material. Any missing data or change of scope is reviewed before additional work. The client approves final product facts and publication.
Changes or cancellation
The quotation should state how completed work, extra revisions, cancellations and any applicable refunds will be handled. No blanket refund or turnaround promise is made on this website.
Independent service
